Emma Marshall serves as Chair of Governors. She is committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive and believes strongly in schools being safe, nurturing environments where both pupils and staff can flourish.
With experience in community support and organisational leadership, Emma is skilled at seeing the bigger picture while paying close attention to the needs of individuals. She enjoys working closely with the headteacher, staff team, and fellow governors to support high standards, positive culture, and long-term development across the school.
Emma is passionate about inclusion, wellbeing, and creating strong links between the school and its wider community. As Chair, she aims to be approachable, steady, and clear-minded—helping the governing body make informed decisions that always keep children at the heart.
