Resolve, Progress, Transform are three powerful principles that underpin our work with schools, pupils and their families across Worcestershire and beyond.
The Forge delivers a continuum of support to pupils at risk of exclusion or who have been excluded from mainstream education. This includes: Forge: Response and Forge: Reengage pathways which are commissioned by schools and the local authority to support pupils to flourish.
We cater for up to 48 learners in house, have an inclusive philosophy that is trauma informed. We believe passionately in giving every pupil a chance to succeed.
We aim to provide a culture and curriculum relevant to individual need and work in collaboration with our partner schools and local providers. The curriculum broadly mirrors learners’ mainstream experiences, whilst working with a pupil to progress emotionally, socially and then academically.
